What were your reactions towards the show being canceled and winning the Emmy for Outstanding Stunt Coordination?

    A. I thought it was hilarious and totally suiting to the kind of project we had. Long story short, we shot the entire series of KRDK with funding from Japanese investors then we attempted to sell the series again and again. While quite a few distributors wanted the project, they weren't offering enough cash or they just couldn't fit into their programming schedule. CW came around, bought it and then put it on the air. However, that's all they did. Since it was a 40 episode season, which was "kind of" split up, it ran longer than most television shows. When the next season came around, we were ONE episode more than what they anticipated. So. Instead of being smart and combing the two final episodes into one, they cancelled it. It was a very ironic end to the show.

    B. The Emmy was fantastic news. It was also supremely hilarious. Having a show that wasn't advertised in the states and one that was cancelled receive an Emmy, icing on top of the supremely odd cake.
